Acceptance of terms

By using this website or submitting a service request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Service requests and estimates

Submitting a request does not create a service contract. Service begins only after an inspection, a written estimate and your acceptance. Pricing shown or discussed before inspection is indicative and may change once the property has been assessed.

Service guarantees

Recurring service plans include free re-service between scheduled visits while the plan is active and the account is in good standing. Specific guarantee terms, exclusions and warranty details are set out in your service agreement, which takes precedence over any general statement on this website.

Customer responsibilities

Effective pest control depends on cooperation between the technician and the property occupant.

• Provide safe access to the areas requiring treatment
• Complete any preparation instructions provided before treatment
• Disclose known health sensitivities, pets or protected areas
• Address sanitation, moisture or structural issues identified in your report

Cancellations and rescheduling

Appointments can be rescheduled by contacting your branch. Repeated missed appointments without notice may incur a trip charge as described in your service agreement.
