Program description

When you provide your mobile number and check the consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from FixHatch Pest Control relating to your service request and account.

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Technician arrival notifications
• Service follow-up and satisfaction messages
• Occasional service offers, where you have opted in

Consent is not a condition of purchase

You are never required to agree to receive text messages in order to buy pest control service. You can decline SMS and still request and receive service by phone or email.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your service plan and activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. FixHatch does not charge for text messages.

How to opt out

You can stop messages at any time.

• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe
• Reply HELP to any message for assistance
• Call or email your branch and ask to be removed from SMS

Carriers and delivery

Message delivery is subject to carrier availability and is not guaranteed. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
