Our story
One standard, delivered locally
FixHatch started with a simple observation: the best pest control companies were small local operators with excellent technicians, and the worst experiences came from large companies that treated every home identically.
We built FixHatch to keep the first part and fix the second. Each branch hires locally, keeps its own phone number and knows its own market. What is shared is the standard: inspection-first diagnosis, written plans, documented treatments and free re-service.
Today that model runs across 6 markets, and we add new locations the same way every time — hire local technicians, train them to the same standard, and hold them to the same guarantee.
